PPilot is a software providing flight recording, analysis, and weather forecasting services for paragliding pilots. Vario sounds, thermal predictions, and meteorological data in the app are for reference purposes only. Paragliding safety and flight decisions are solely the responsibility of the pilot.
Paragliding is an extreme sport containing high risk. Under no circumstances shall PPilot developers be held liable for any direct or indirect material/moral damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from software or GPS signal errors, device hardware failures, incorrect weather analysis, or server data losses.
PPilot Premium subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store. Payments and automatic renewal transactions are subject to Apple billing terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.
You are responsible for the security of your account created via Sign in with Apple. Sharing your account credentials with third parties is not recommended.

PPilot, yamaç paraşütü sporuyla ilgilenen pilotlar için uçuş kayıt, analiz ve hava durumu takip hizmeti sunan bir yazılımdır. Uygulama içerisindeki vario sesi, termik tahminleri ve meteoroloji verileri yardımcı kaynak niteliğindedir. Havacılık güvenliği ve uçuş kararları tamamen pilotun kendi sorumluluğundadır.
Yamaç paraşütü yüksek risk içeren bir ekstrem spordur. Yazılım veya GPS sinyalindeki aksaklıklar, cihaz donanım hataları, yanlış hava durumu analizleri veya sunucu veri kayıplarından ötürü doğabilecek hiçbir doğrudan veya dolaylı maddi/manevi zarardan, yaralanmadan veya kazalardan PPilot geliştiricileri sorumlu tutulamaz.
PPilot Premium abonelikleri Apple App Store üzerinden yönetilir. Ödemeler ve otomatik yenileme işlemleri Apple faturalandırma şartlarına tabidir. İade talepleri doğrudan Apple Destek ekibine iletilmelidir.
Apple Login ile oluşturulan hesaplarınızın ve kayıtlı verilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmamanız önerilir.
